This new 2026 Trailboss 25 ft x 102 in 22.5-ton tilt-top trailer has a heavy-duty 14-inch I-beam main frame with 4-inch I-beam cross members, 11-channel side rails, and an 8-inch head rail. Its tandem 25,000-pound oil-bath axles use 12.25-inch brakes, 8-hole hub-piloted wheels, Hutch suspension, and 235/75R17.5 16-ply radial tires. Air brakes with spring/maxi brakes on the rear axle provide the braking system.

The trailer has a 25-foot bed consisting of a 5-foot stationary deck and 20-foot tilt section, with an overall width of 102 inches and an unloaded height of 35.75 inches. It comes equipped with a 5-foot tongue featuring a metal bottom and locking lid, an adjustable 3-inch pintle ring, 90,000-pound high-tensile safety chains, twin 2-speed jacks, and two hydraulic cushioning cylinders.
